Day-By-Day Itinerary

Days 1–2 — Nairobi (Warm-Up, Wildlife Orphans & Easy Exploration)

Arrive in Nairobi with a private airport meet-and-greet and settle into a boutique hotel in Karen. Spend the next day adjusting at a relaxed pace: visit the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust to see orphaned elephants, explore the Karen Blixen Museum, or browse Nairobi’s artisan boutiques and craft studios.

Days 3–5 — Tsavo (Red Elephants, Volcanic Landscapes & Wide Horizons)

Fly south into Tsavo, a vast wilderness defined by red-ochre dust, lava flows, and rugged volcanic terrain. Spend three days with Tsavo’s famous red elephants, sweeping plains, baobabs, and dramatic photographic light. Activities include walking safaris, extended game drives, sundowners atop lava bluffs, and optional fly-camping for an immersive wilderness experience.

Days 6–8 — Amboseli (Elephant Families, Salt Pans & Kilimanjaro Sunrise)

Continue to Amboseli where Mount Kilimanjaro rises above the plains. Enjoy flexible game drives focused on Amboseli’s well-known elephant families, shimmering salt pans, birdlife, and wetlands. Early mornings offer superb light for photographing elephants against the snowcapped mountain backdrop. Afternoons invite rest, spa time, or relaxed sundowners with the mountain in view.

Days 8–12 — Masai Mara (Big Cats, Conservancies & Classic Savannah)

Private conservancies offer expanded activities—night drives, guided walks, off-road access, and fewer vehicles for intimate wildlife encounters.
