Travelers today want:
Group tours can't offer that.
Build the trip around:
and it gets much better. You can be in the right place at the right time instead of following someone else's schedule.
Packaged group itineraries funnel travelers into the same parks and lodges. Private trips spread people out and send money to:
Group itineraries are often routed inefficiently. A private one is planned around:
The result is less time in transit and more time doing what you came for.
With me, private planning means:
Luxury now has less to do with thread counts than with privacy, pace and careful planning. Made-to-order trips are the only kind I plan. As an independent advisor affiliated with Fora Travel, I book them with the lodges and local operators who run them, and at many properties your stay can include perks such as breakfast, a credit or an upgrade, where available.
Every itinerary begins with a 20-minute planning call. From there, a $250 planning fee, credited in full toward your booked trip and non-refundable if you don’t book. I brief the property before you arrive — that's what the fee funds.
