The resort opened in 2024, designed by the architect John Heah to sit low on the hillside in local stone. One- and two-bedroom villas each have a private pool and indoor-outdoor living spaces facing the sea. A three-story One&Only Spa sits on the waterfront, and there is a main pool, a beach club and a KidsOnly program for children.
Atria serves Greek food around a village-style piazza, Èpicora is a wine bar with Greek cheeses and charcuterie, and the Kosmos lobby bar is the spot for drinks at sunset. Days can be spent on the beach and the water, hiking the old paths between Kéa's villages, or visiting Ioulida, the island's hilltop capital, and the stone lion carved into the rock above it.
One&Only Kéa suits couples and families who want a polished resort close to Athens. Guests arrive by boat from Lavrio, about 45 minutes from Athens by road, or by helicopter in about 15 minutes. Kéa is quieter than the better-known Cyclades, with fewer restaurants and less nightlife, which is part of the appeal.
One&Only Kéa Island is a resort of cliffside pool villas above a protected cove on the west coast of Kéa, the Cycladic island closest to Athens. It suits couples and families who want a full-service island resort without a long journey from the mainland.
